• From the form: your name, phone number, the pool's ZIP code, the pool type and any note you write, plus the time you sent the form, your IP address and browser type as proof of your consent.
• Calls: we note the number you dial from, when the call occurred, its duration, and a recording if made (a notice plays at the start).
• Server records: which pages you view, when you viewed them, your IP address, and your browser type, all used to operate and secure the site.
• The state you select in the price tool stays saved only in your browser.

Contractors who serve your area in pool demolition, excavation, and landscaping get your call or request to provide a quote for the job. Companies that host our site, route calls, or store requests receive this data while acting for us. Since some of these firms pay us, a few state privacy laws treat passing on your request as a sale, though you may opt out.

We delete requests and call records after keeping them for up to three years. Server logs remain stored for up to 90 days.

If you live in certain states, including California (CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas, state law lets you request details on our data about you, obtain a copy, fix errors, remove it, or stop its sale or sharing. Asking costs you nothing and changes nothing in how we deal with you.

We do not use cookies or load content from outside companies. No third-party trackers or ads appear on this site.

This site is meant for adults planning work on their own property. Nothing here is written for children under 13, and we never set out to collect their details.
